Enrolments for the 2024 programme are currently open, but spaces are limited and filling up quickly. There is an annual registration fee of $35 per person, which includes personal injury public liability and indemnity insurance, as well as an administrative fee. This fee is payable at the time of enrolment.
Classes at Cheer Dance n Acro Academy are run on a term by term basis, and the fees are charged accordingly. There is no refund for change of circumstances or change of mind. Once enrolment forms are received, term invoices will be issued, and full payment is expected within 14 days to confirm the enrolment.
Payment can be made through cash, direct debit, or cheque. Unfortunately, EFTPOS payment is not available. There are two payment options available for the convenience of applicants. Option 1 offers a 5% discount for accounts paid in full within 7 days of issue, and an additional 5% discount is given for enrolling two or more family members.
Option 2 requires a 50% deposit (plus enrolment fee) to reserve a placement, with the term balance due by week 4.
It is important to note that a 10% late fee will be added to all outstanding accounts of actively attending students in week 4 of the term. This policy ensures fairness and compliance in managing class sizes.
