Hey there, welcome to Chelsea Taekwondo Club! Rich and the team are ready to get you kicking and punching your way to fitness and self-confidence right here in London.
Classes are open for everyone—kids and adults, beginners and pros. The little ones can join in on Mondays and Thursdays with sessions split by age groups: ages 5-7 from 17:15 to 17:45, and ages 7+ from 17:45 to 18:30. There's also an advanced kids class from 18:30 to 19:30 on Mondays.
Adults, your time is from 19:30 to 20:30 on both days. Whether you're just starting out or looking to perfect your skills, there's something for everyone. And for those competitive souls, there are tournaments where our members often bring home the glory.
Every session kicks off with a warm-up and stretching, moving on to fitness drills and technique practice, and wraps up with some sparring. Beginners do non-contact sparring, while the vets go full contact.
