Various styles are covered, including Waltz, Tango, Vienesse Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, ChaChaCha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive, and alternative dances such as American Smooth, Argentinian Tango, Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata.
For children ages under 8 and under 12, Cheltenham Ballroom offers specialised children's lessons introducing them to the world of Ballroom and Latin dancing. Additionally, they have the opportunity to explore other dance styles such as Lyrical, Contemporary Ballet, Jazz, Theatre, and Street.
