Chesham Taekwondo

Chesham Taekwondo is a reputable martial arts and self-defence school located in Chesham, New Zealand. With over 22 years of experience, the club has been dedicated to training both juniors and seniors in the art of Taekwondo, helping students progress from white belt to black belt and beyond.

The classes are led by Master Whitley, a highly experienced instructor with an impressive 42 years of training himself. Master Whitley currently holds an 8th Dan grade, making him exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in the discipline of Taekwondo.

Chesham Taekwondo is proud to be a member of the BUTF (British United Taekwondo Federation). By being part of this esteemed organisation, the club ensures that every student is taught to the highest standards and encouraged to reach their full potential in their Taekwondo journey.

The school offers classes at various locations and times to accommodate different age groups. On Mondays, the class is held from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Ivingswood Academy, Greenway, Chesham, for individuals aged 10 and above. On Wednesdays, the class takes place from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Chesham Methodist church, Bellingdon Road, specifically designed for individuals aged 10 and above. Finally, on Fridays, the class is offered from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at an age-specific group of 7 to 15-year-olds.
