Chessington Equestrian Centre, located in Chessington, Surrey, is a horse riding school established in 1988. The Centre became a Limited Company in 2017 and has since remained dedicated to its belief that horse riding should be accessible to everyone.
The Centre offers a range of lessons suitable for riders of all levels. Private lessons are available for beginner adults and children aged 7 and above. Group lessons for adults and children include options for walk/trot/canter as well as walk/trot only. Jump lessons are also available for those looking to improve their jumping skills.
Please note that the Centre no longer offers Kids Clubs and Parties. Information on the types of Livery offered can be found on their website.
Chessington Equestrian Centre is pleased to announce a few updates. Starting November 2023, they will be running extra late-night sessions on Thursdays hosted by Steve and/or Remee. To book your space or gather more information, please enquire in the office.
The Centre also invites young and enthusiastic riders to join their new Friday Club Group Lesson, running from 4 pm to 4:45 pm. This group is ideal for riders confident in their trotting skills and currently learning to canter. Located at Clayton Road in Chessington, Surrey, Chessington Equestrian Centre Ltd. is easily accessible and provides excellent onsite facilities. The Centre is open 364 days a year, with varying opening times throughout the week. They have a recently resurfaced 60 × 40 school that is floodlit for evening riding.
Additionally, they have a second outdoor school and a large jump school, both of which are also floodlit. In case of bad weather, Chessington Equestrian Centre has an indoor school available.
