Pace of around 14-15mph. The longer route is typically around 50–60 miles, while the social group ride covers a distance of approximately 30–40 miles. Both rides provide a great opportunity to explore the beautiful countryside surrounding Chichester and enjoy a sociable cycling experience.

Thursday Night Training is aimed at riders looking to improve their fitness and speed. Meeting at Chichester College at 6:25pm for a 6:30pm start, this training session focuses on interval training and sprinting drills. Riders are encouraged to push themselves and test their limits, making it a great option for those looking to improve their racing performance or overall cycling ability.
