Chigwell Hall Gym is a fitness facility located in Chigwell, Essex. Situated in the beautiful Chigwell Hall, a Grade II listed manor house, the gym offers a stunning backdrop for members to achieve their fitness goals. With 42 acres of lush greenery surrounding the facility, members can enjoy a serene and peaceful environment while working out.
Membership to Chigwell Hall Gym is exclusive and requires a Club Membership. Upon joining, members are required to pay a fee of 20 per month via Direct Debit or a total of 240. 00 per year. This fee grants unlimited access to the gym between 7:30am and 10:00pm all year round.
Members have full use of all Cybex equipment, ensuring a comprehensive and effective workout. The gym also provides changing facilities, shower facilities, and free parking for the convenience of its members.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all members, it is mandatory for everyone to complete a Gym Induction before joining. This induction session acquaints members with the gym equipment and ensures they are aware of proper usage techniques. Chigwell Hall Gym takes the health and safety of its members seriously. In certain cases where a sufficient number of staff is not present on the premises, the gym may be closed for the day. Additionally, the gym is closed on New Year's Day, and any other closures will be notified to members well in advance.

The manor house offers four suites that can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 800 guests, making it suitable for weddings, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, anniversaries, and more.
