About
Our children’s program is for kids aged 5-12 years old. Children learn punches, kicks, blocks, patterns and sparring in a controlled environment, through a range of activities, observing the traditions of Tae Kwon-Do. Your child will improve their coordination and concentration, and build discipline and confidence.
Classes also reinforce important skills for the classroom and home such as listening and following instructions. In our strict but fun martial arts environment, your children will gain not only Tae Kwon-Do skills, but skills for life.
After progressing through our children’s program, your child will have the required skills to join our teenager/adult program.
