Ourselves unconditionally, we cannot fully love and accept others. My mission as a yoga instructor is to help my students cultivate self-love and acceptance while improving their overall health and well-being.
I offer both in-person and online classes, but my main focus is on providing intimate and customised group classes in my garden studio in Orpington, Kent. These group classes are limited to a maximum of five people, allowing for more personalised attention and creating a safe and welcoming environment. I understand that larger studio or gym classes can be intimidating for some, and I want to create a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
For those who prefer a more private setting, I also offer one-on-one sessions and private group classes for up to five people. This allows me to tailor the class to the specific needs and goals of each individual or group, fostering a deeper connexion and creating a sense of community.
In my classes, I emphasise the importance of approaching yoga with an attitude of self-love, curiosity, playfulness, and joy. Yoga is not just a physical practise; it is a holistic approach to health and well-being, addressing all aspects of ourselves – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. Through the practise of yoga, we can shed layers and discover new versions of ourselves, allowing for personal growth and transformation.
I am dedicated to helping women transform their lives through yoga and self-love. By increasing self-love, confidence, self-belief, and energy, I aim to create balance and a healthy zest for life. I believe that small daily habits and practises can make a big difference in our overall well-being, and I am committed to guiding my students in incorporating these habits into their lives.
I started my own yoga journey as a young mum, initially seeking physical health benefits. However, I quickly realised the profound impact yoga had on my mental and emotional well-being as well. This led me to deepen my practise, exploring various ancient yoga practises and eventually becoming a certified yoga teacher. I am continuously expanding my knowledge and skills through further training and education.
