Emy began her Reiki journey in 2014, studying at the prestigious London Reiki Academy. She successfully qualified as a Reiki therapist and Reiki Master, following the techniques of Mikao Usui. Her deep understanding and mastery of Reiki allow her to channel divine energy and assist her clients in removing blockages and balancing their own energy.

Yoga also plays a fundamental role in Emy's life, serving as a happy place for her to connect with herself and restore her own energy. As a registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) with Yoga Alliance, Emy incorporates yoga practises into her healing sessions, providing a comprehensive approach to wellness.
