With over 10 years of experience, our instructors are highly trained and skilled in Traditional Kung Fu styles such as Hua Fist, Cha Fist, Northern Shaolin, Wing Chun, and Wing Tsun. We also offer Self Defence, Street Survival, San Shou/Kick Boxing, Lion Dance, Dragon Dance, and Performance Choreography.

The Story of the Lion Dance is an integral part of our cultural programs, symbolizing luck, fortune, and joy. Our school has been featured in the Chinese New Year celebration for WOWtv, broadcast live across Canada, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
