Youth Leadership Program Our Youth Leadership Program empowers teenagers to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and give back to their community. Participants have the opportunity to volunteer at CJs SKATEPARK events, assist with lessons, and mentor younger skaters. This program helps teens develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable experience for their future endeavours.
