CLAIRE BARRE is a renowned ballet school located in London, UK. Founded and run by Claire Redcliffe, a classically trained ballerina who has also pursued a successful career as an actress, the school offers a unique blend of ballet training and fitness.

From a young age, Claire received rigorous classical ballet training under the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). Building on her passion for movement and dance, she also trained as an actress at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) while continuing her ballet, tap, contemporary, and jazz dance training at the renowned Pineapple Dance Studios.

With her extensive background in both ballet and acting, Claire understands the importance of health, fitness, and general well-being. After discovering Barre, a ballet-inspired workout that focuses on toning, lengthening, and sculpting various areas of the body, she was inspired to share her passion and years of training with others. Claire's classes are known to be challenging and precise, but she also emphasises the importance of having fun during the sessions.

CLAIRE BARRE offers 45-minute Barre sessions that are suitable for everyone, whether they are experienced dancers or beginners. Despite the virtual nature of these classes on Zoom, Claire ensures that each participant receives individual attention and guidance. She has an eagle eye for alignment, grace, and precision.

The core focus of Barre classes at CLAIRE BARRE is to tone and strengthen the thighs and seat, while also improving core strength, shaping the arms, and enhancing balance and postural alignment. The classes are fast-paced and dynamic, ensuring that participants are fully engaged and motivated.

The studio classes are held at two locations. The first location is LIM 114 Highbury Park, Highbury East London N5 2XE. The second location is 3 Tribes Exchange House, 71 Crouch End Hill, Crouch End, London N8 8DF.
