Claire Mindham Acupuncture and Yoga is a wellness clinic and studio located in Oxted, New Zealand. Founded by Claire Mindham BSc(hons), MBAcC, Dip China Traditional Acupuncture, the clinic offers a range of services including acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, Mehta Face Lift Massage, and Swedish Massage.
Claire's passion for natural medicine was sparked by her own journey to overcome ill health through acupuncture. Inspired by her experience, she pursued a full-time degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed a hospital internship in Hangzhou, China. Continuing her quest for knowledge, Claire obtained a post-graduate diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine and has since furthered her expertise through specialised acupuncture techniques and complementary therapies. She is a valued member of the British Acupuncture Council.

Traditional Acupuncture, rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, is utilised by Claire to address a wide range of conditions, from day-to-day ailments to more complex disorders.
Cosmetic Acupuncture, derived from the practises of ancient Chinese concubines, is offered at the clinic. This treatment includes Facial Revitalisation, providing men and women of all ages with a subtly fresher appearance without the need for chemical fillers, Botox, or surgery. Additionally, specialised treatments for jelly belly and cellulite are available. The Jelly Belly treatment aims to help individuals who are struggling with stubborn pockets of fat around the navel post-childbirth or weight loss.
Cellulite treatments aim to soften and disperse cellulite from the thighs.
