Kishori Yoga, the local Yoga club in Stroud, is excited to announce an upcoming Yoga event that is sure to spark the interest of all Yoga enthusiasts. Elles, who has recently returned from India, will be leading the classes, which will begin on 20 February.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome to join these classes. The sessions will take place in peaceful, clean, and warm village halls located in the Stroud area.
On Tuesdays, you can participate in the Gentle Yoga class held at Amberley Parish Rooms from 7.00 to 8.30 pm. You have the option to book for a six-week term or simply attend a single class.
If you are more interested in Somatic Yin Yoga, mark your calendars for Thursdays. This class will be starting later this year and will also run from 7.00 to 8.30 pm. The location for this class is Rodborough Community Hall.
For those who prefer morning sessions, the Gentle Yoga class on Fridays at the Selsley Scout Hut from 10.00 to 11.15 am is the perfect fit. Similar to the Tuesday class, you can choose between booking for a six-week term or attending a single class.
If you require a more private and exclusive setting, Kishori Yoga offers Private Yoga classes from Monday to Thursday between 10 am and 3 pm. To book these classes, please get in touch with Elles directly.
For individuals who may not have the time to attend in-person classes, Kishori Yoga also offers Any Time Online Yoga. You can order video recordings of the classes and practice at your own convenience.
Don't worry if you happen to miss a class. Kishori Yoga understands that life can be unpredictable, and they offer the flexibility to carry over missed classes to the next term. Additionally, if space permits, you can also join one of the other classes that week instead.
If you prefer a more spontaneous approach, drop-ins are also welcome this term. You have the option to book a single class in advance or simply bring cash on the day. For those who prefer to pay via bank transfer, please reach out to Elles for further details.
Remember, in the world of Yoga, it's important to be curious and kind in each movement. Whether you are naturally flexible or a bit on the stiffer side, reach deep into your body without straining. That way, you will be truly experiencing the essence of Yoga.
