Our club boasts a dynamic range of classes designed to keep you on your toes and help you reach your fitness goals. Dive into our invigorating Aqua Aerobics class, where you can experience a high-energy workout in the water. Looking to build strength and tone your muscles? Our Resistance Bands class is just what you need. And if you're looking to sculpt your abs and strengthen your core, our Abs & Core class is the perfect fit for you.
For those seeking a more intense workout, our Circuit class offers a challenging and fast-paced session that will test your endurance and leave you feeling accomplished. And if you have little ones in tow, we also offer Puddle Baby swimming lessons, where you can bond with your child while introducing them to the joys of the water.
Jo, our experienced and friendly instructor, leads our popular Swim with Jo class, where you can improve your swimming technique and build confidence in the pool. And for those focused on flexibility and mindfulness, our Pilates classes provide a serene and rejuvenating experience.
We understand that everyone has different schedules, so we've made it easy for you to find a class that suits you. Our class timetable changes regularly throughout the week, ensuring there's always a convenient time for you to join in on the fun. Please note that non-members may be charged a fee of £5.00 for certain classes.
