The main studio, known as Clear Space Studio, is a large and light-filled space with high ceilings and roof beams. Originally the Women's Prayer Gallery, it exudes a special and spacious feel. The studio is perfect for a variety of movement classes and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 yoga spaces, with additional room for non-mat based classes. To ensure your comfort, the studio is equipped with a Canadian Maple wood sprung floor, as well as mats, bolsters, and meditation cushions.

For those seeking a more intimate space, the Create Space Studio offers a modular layout that can be shaped to suit various needs. With its high ceilings and abundant natural light, this studio serves as an ideal setting for craft workshops, creative events, meetings, and talks. It is a place where dreams and ideas can be manifested. Additionally, the Create Space Studio can be booked with or without the use of the kitchen, providing flexibility for different types of gatherings.

Clear Space Studios is not just a place for physical practise; it is a community hub where individuals of all ages are invited to connect with others and nourish their body, mind, and spirit. The studio welcomes everyone, from cradle to grave, and encourages the exploration of different methods to find one's own Clear Space. By regularly returning to this inner sense of peace and clarity, overall well-being is enhanced.

The studio is owned and operated by Zo Mason, a passionate advocate for movement as medicine. Zo is the founder of Clear Space Moving Meditation and leads classes, workshops, and retreats focused on this practise. She is also a holistic massage therapist and bodyworker, with extensive training in mind-body healing through the Centre of Mind Body Medicine (CMBM). Zo's dedication to creating heart-felt and welcoming spaces has fostered a thriving local community support system.

Clear Space Studios was brought to life in 2018 through the collaboration of Zo and her dear friend Lisa Wise. Together, they transformed the top floor of the Quaker Meeting House in Hereford from office space into a sanctuary for movement and mindfulness. While Lisa has pursued other endeavours, she still visits to share her workshops whenever possible.

Zo's ultimate passion is to help people reconnect with their bodies and find respite from the busyness and overstimulation of modern life. Clear Space Studios stands as an oasis in the heart of Hereford, offering a place of rest and rejuvenation for all. Zo invites you to join the classes and workshops offered at the studio, and experience the transformative power of movement, meditation, and mindfulness firsthand.
