

Julie, the mastermind behind Clement Pilates in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, has been rolling with Pilates for over 15 years and she’s got the credentials to prove it! With a passion for making Pilates easy-going and fun for everyone, she’s got classes to suit all levels and ages.
Julie runs a bunch of mat classes throughout the week right here in town, and she’s all about making sure every exercise fits like a glove for everyone. She’s got mad skills in Pilates and has taken all sorts of courses, so she’s clued up on anything from Pilates for the older folks to Pilates for golfers.
Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates (the original fitness guru!), is a nifty workout that targets your core muscles to get your body strong, toned, and flexible. It’s low-impact, so everyone can join in, no matter their age or fitness level. Sports pros and physiotherapists love it too!
Clement Pilates offers group classes held at spots like Musicale, Homecroft, and Sun Lane on Mondays, Kinsbourne Barn and Bray Stables on Tuesdays and Fridays, and The Harpenden Trust on Wednesdays. There’s even a "Wake Up & Stretch" session on Thursdays via Zoom. Classes are small (max 12 folks) and run in half-termly blocks of 5-7 weeks.
