Founded in 1904, Cleveland Yacht Club is a not-for-profit sports club located in Brisbane, providing direct access to the stunning waters of Moreton Bay. The club is known for hosting the iconic Peel Island Marathon, a sailing race open to all classes, which takes place around Easter each year. In addition, regular racing events are held every Sunday from September to April during Summer, and every second Sunday from May to August with breaks between seasons and over Christmas.

Cleveland Yacht Club offers individualised training for aspiring youth and adult sailors, starting with 2-3 person dinghies and progressing to high-performance racing catamarans. Members also receive Australian Sailing membership and personal liability insurance.
