Our Exercise Physiologists are accredited allied health professionals who specialise in exercise prescription for injury rehabilitation, chronic conditions, and special populations. With personalised one-on-one sessions, they offer tailored exercise programmes that can be medicare relatable, making them suitable for EPC programmes, NDIS patients, and DVA clients.
Our Pilates instructors are fully trained professionals in both Mat and Studio Pilates. Pilates is an exercise regime designed to strengthen and stretch the body, improving posture, movement capabilities, confidence, and preventing injury. With dynamic routines that create strong and lengthened muscles, Pilates enhances muscle activation, coordination, and conditioning, enabling you to move confidently throughout your day. In addition to Soft Tissue Therapy, Exercise Physiology, and Pilates, we also offer Physiotherapy services. Our Physiotherapists employ physical techniques, education, and exercise to improve movement, reduce pain and stiffness, speed up healing processes, and aid in surgery and injury recovery. They can diagnose and manage various conditions related to bones, muscles, cardiovascular system, nerves, and other parts of the body.
