Agility Physiotherapy & Pilates Bulimba is excited to invite you to our upcoming Pilates event! Our Pilates club offers a range of classes and one-on-one sessions led by our experienced movement specialists. We are dedicated to helping you overcome pain and injury while empowering you to achieve your physical best.
Our approach to Pilates is rooted in the principles of traditional techniques, combined with contemporary scientific knowledge and research. We have developed a rehabilitation system known as Clinical Pilates (CETIR) that is suitable for individuals of all ages and activity levels, from 8 to 90 years old.
When you join us for a Pilates session, the process begins with a personalised assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. Our highly trained physiotherapists use detailed musculoskeletal assessments and the latest scientific research to design a tailored exercise program that corrects muscle imbalances, rehabilitates injuries, or refines your technique.
After your assessment, you will have the opportunity to have one-on-one sessions with your physiotherapist. During these sessions, you will learn how to use the Pilates equipment, adjust the springs, and perform each exercise with proper form. Our physiotherapists will provide guidance and refinement of movements to ensure you are getting the most out of your Pilates experience.
Once you have built confidence and mastered the exercises, you can transition to our group sessions. In these sessions, you will follow your personalised program and perform exercises on our top-notch equipment, including Reformers, Trap tables, and Wunda chairs. Our experienced instructors are aware that new participants may require more assistance and will be available to guide and support you throughout the session.
While our group sessions are a fantastic option, we understand that some individuals may prefer to continue with one-on-one sessions. These sessions are more costly but provide you with dedicated coaching and corrections from our highly trained professionals. Your progress will be monitored, and your instructor will keep clinical notes to track your improvements. Once you have completed your initial exercise sheet, we encourage you to book a reassessment with the physiotherapist who first assessed you. This allows us to check your progress and introduce new exercises to enhance your program.
At Agility Physiotherapy & Pilates Bulimba, our spacious Pilates studios are equipped with a range of high-quality equipment to ensure that everyone has what they need. Our Bulimba studio offers breathtaking 180-degree river views, while our Ascot studio provides glimpses of the nearby racecourse and a tranquil outlook over a car park.
We invite you to join us for an incredible Pilates experience at Agility Physiotherapy & Pilates Bulimba. Our Clinical Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Let us help you overcome pain, improve your strength and flexibility, and achieve your physical best. Don't miss out on this opportunity – book your spot today!
