The Club Sailing Coach Session at Bristol Corinthian Yacht Club on the 8th of June is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Sailing Members looking to fine-tune their skills on the water. Whether you're aiming to boost your confidence, sharpen your technique, or simply bridge the gap between RYA level 2 and racing, this session is tailor-made for you.
For those under 18, feel free to join in the fun as long as a parent is there to accompany you. The session kicks off with a group chat at 12:30 to establish everyone's goals, followed by some rigging and launching tips to get you smoothly out onto the water.
While our coach will have a RIB on hand for on-water activities, it's important to note that this isn't a safety boat - our duty crews will be on standby just in case. If you don't have your own boat, no worries! You can rent one by reaching out to boats@bcyc.org.uk.
Please remember that while this session isn't free, the goal is to provide invaluable support to our club members and to encourage more folks to give racing a shot. So come on down on the 8th of June and let's sail away together!
