Cowling FC, the local soccer club in Keighley, is excited to announce that they are forming a junior football system and are in search of a dedicated Club Welfare Officer (CWO) to join their team. The role of the CWO is integral to the formation and ongoing success of the junior setup, and as part of the Cowling FC Committee, they will receive all the necessary support to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
To ensure that prospective applicants are well-informed about the position, it is highly recommended that they thoroughly read the FA's comprehensive Roles and Responsibilities document. Rest assured, Cowling FC will provide full access to all required courses, and the successful candidate will be expected to complete any necessary training they may not have already undergone. The club will cover all associated costs, fostering an environment of growth and development.
The ideal candidate for this important role would someone who not only meets the requirements but is also passionate about youth football. Cowling FC takes pride in being an FA affiliated club and currently participates in the Premier and Division 2 divisions of the Craven & District League. With a rich history of success, the club is entirely run by volunteers who rely on grants, sponsorship, and donations to secure funding.
