Coaching for Adults

Flashpoint Bristol offers coaching for adults, provided by the friendly and experienced instructors from our sister site, Redpoint Bristol. These sessions are perfect for climbers looking to improve their skills and reach their climbing goals.

During the session, our coaches will assess your current ability and identify areas where you can make improvements. They will then tailor the coaching to meet your specific needs and focus on the skills you want to develop. Whether you want to work on technique, address specific weaknesses, or receive an overall assessment of your climbing, our highly trained coaches can help.

When booking, don't forget to provide details about your current level and what you hope to achieve. This will enable the coach to better assist you and design a personalised coaching plan.

If you prefer a more relaxed and informal environment to refine your skills, you can also join our monthly coaching workshops. These workshops provide a great opportunity to learn from our experienced coaches and meet fellow climbers who share your passion.

The coaching sessions typically last for 1.5 hours, but longer sessions are also available upon request. After each session, our coaches will provide you with a specific action plan to guide you on your climbing journey.
