Prices for personal training sessions range from 60-65 for 1 hour sessions and 550 for a block of 10 sessions.
For clients in Central London, Coach James offers home or park personal training sessions for 95 per hour. He also provides corporate group sessions, either online or in person, tailored to employers' requirements.
For those looking for a more intensive programme, Coach James offers the 12 Week Evolution Package, designed to help clients burn fat, build muscle, and get in their best shape ever. This package includes 3 one-hour sessions per week, 6 nutritional consultations, and a total of 36 training sessions and 6 nutritional consultations over the 12-week period.
