Coastal Zen Yoga

Coastal Zen Yoga runs yoga and water-based classes in Kew and around the Central Coast and Camden Haven. The focus is on SUP Yoga, SUP Pilates and SUP fitness, plus paddleboard lessons and hire. They also offer aerial yoga, aerial Pilates and aerial fitness sessions. Suitable for beginners to more experienced participants who want movement with a beach and water setting, and for families looking for Active Kids Approved activities. Classes are by appointment or the class schedule.
