What fitness options do you offer?

We offer daily access for visitors and several membership options including gym membership and a flexi member option with a minimum term. New members also get a free personal program upon sign up.

When can I train at Coastal Fitness in Ngunguru?

We are open Mon to Fri 6AM to 9PM and Sat and Sun 8AM to 9PM. You can come by during opening hours.

How do I join and what are the costs?

Daily access is NZD 17 per day, and per week options include gym membership at NZD 14 or NZD 12, and flexi membership at NZD 17 or NZD 14. If you are not already a member of the Ngunguru Sports Club, there is a sign-up fee of $70, and an adult membership also requires being a member of the Ngunguru Sports Club.

For regular gym-goers, Coastal Fitness offers weekly membership options. The standard gym membership is priced at NZD $14 per week, with a discounted rate of NZD $12 per week for Gold Card or student ID holders. There is also the option to pay upfront, saving $108 with an upfront payment of $620, or $144 with an upfront payment of $480 for Gold Card or student ID holders. It is important to note that all members over the age of 18 are required to be a member of the Ngunguru Sports Club, with a sign-up fee of $70 for non-members.

Upon signing up, all members will receive a free personal programme tailored to their fitness goals. This membership option also requires a 12-month fixed-term contract, with cancellation fees applicable.

For those who prefer more flexibility in their membership, the gym offers a Flexi Member option. With a minimum commitment of 3 months, this membership option is priced at NZD $17 per week, with a discounted rate of NZD $14 per week for Gold Card or student ID holders. Similar to the standard gym membership, all members over the age of 18 are required to be a member of the Ngunguru Sports Club, with a sign-up fee of $70 for non-members. Upon signing up, all members will also receive a free personal programme.

The Flexi Member option does not have any cancellation fees.
