Coasteering is an exhilarating activity that combines various elements, including sea swimming, rock climbing, caving, and even rock jumping. It's like exploring a gigantic natural playground! And the best part? Anyone from the age of 12 and above, who is confident in the water and knows how to swim, can participate.
You will have the chance to experience all of this through our sister company, Freshwater Bay Coasteering! When you arrive at the venue, our friendly and experienced team will be there to welcome you. They will provide you with all the necessary equipment, including a warm winter wetsuit, a helmet, and a buoyancy aid.
During the two-hour session, you will be guided by a professional instructor who will take you on a journey to explore the stunning Freshwater Bay. You'll dive into the sea and swim alongside the cliff line, discovering hidden corners, breathtaking caves, and marveling at the unique beauty of this coastal area. You'll also have the opportunity to scramble across the rocks, using your skills to navigate the terrain, and perhaps even attempt some exhilarating jumps from the cliffs!
To ensure the longevity of our wetsuits, we kindly ask all participants to bring along an old pair of shorts to wear over the wetsuit. Additionally, a pair of trainers or beach shoes with a good grip will come in handy for climbing over rocks.
