Join Cockburn Ice Hockey Academy for Term 2, 2024 starting on April 15th and running until June 30th. This 11-week program offers weekly 60-minute lessons in ice hockey. Enroll before March 19, 2024, to receive a $40 early bird discount. Participants must have passed Novice 2 in the Learn to Skate program to join.
The program provides all necessary equipment for 'Skate the Game', including hockey skates, a hockey stick, helmet, shin guards, elbows, hockey gloves, jumper, long pants, and neck guard. For 'Play the Game 1 and 2', participants will also need shoulders, hockey pants, cup, jersey, and hockey socks. Limited additional equipment such as knee and elbow guards are available for borrowing.
Lessons are offered on Mondays (ages 13+ only), Wednesdays, and Saturdays at various times. New enrollments and re-enrollments are accepted. Optional holiday passes for unlimited ice skating sessions from March 26 to April 14 are available for an additional $100.
