Academy is to improve the technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical development of players to help them reach their full potential. The academy is open to both club members and non-members, with sessions running throughout the week.

In addition to regular training sessions and competitive matches, College Corinthians AFC also organises various camps, events, and fundraisers throughout the year to engage with the local community and support the development of the club. These initiatives include midterm and summer soccer camps, player awards ceremonies, holiday camps, and fundraising draws.
