instagram. Com/colourcitydance About Colour City Dance Welcome to Colour City Dance, a boutique-style dance studio located in Orange, NSW. With a strong focus on ballet, we offer quality dance classes in a fun and nurturing environment for children and adults alike.
At Colour City Dance, we are passionate about dance and strive to pass on this love and appreciation of dance to our students. Our dedicated team of teachers are all experienced and skilled dancers who are committed to providing excellent instruction and guidance to our students at all levels, from tiny tots to adults.
While we are proud of our achievements in eisteddfods and exams, we believe that the true measure of success is the happiness and lifelong love for dance that our students develop. We take pride in nurturing their growth and helping them discover their potential as dancers and performers.
Our Principal, Miss Suzanne, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Colour City Dance. She studied locally in Dubbo with renowned teachers Joyce Schneider and Betty Keirnan before attending McDonald College and pursuing full-time dance training under the guidance of Joan and Monica Halliday, who were also examiners for the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). With over 28 years of teaching experience, Miss Suzanne has mentored many dancers who have gone on to join prestigious ballet schools and companies such as the Australian Ballet School, Queensland Ballet, and Circus Oz.
We offer a range of classes to suit various ages and skill levels, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, and hip-hop. Our 2024 class schedule provides detailed information on all the classes we offer.
Located at Unit 2 / 191 Byng Street in Orange, our dance studio is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and provides a safe and welcoming space for students to learn and grow. We are open Monday to Friday from 3PM to 9PM, and on Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM.
