Their Antenatal & Postnatal Pilates, led by instructor Joy, is specifically designed to build core strength and prevent injury during pregnancy and throughout postnatal recovery. These sessions are tailored to the needs of mums-to-be and women seeking postnatal recovery. Expert advice is given in the lead up to birth, while a safe and enjoyable environment is created for both mother and baby during the postnatal check-up.
In addition to Pilates, the White House Clinic also offers Antenatal and Postnatal Massage Therapy. This therapy has numerous benefits such as reducing anxiety, alleviating muscle aches and joint pains, improving labour outcomes, and promoting newborn health. The massage therapy sessions address different needs through a variety of techniques, and both individual sessions and packages are available for Antenatal massage.
For those interested in attending the Pilates sessions, the prices are as follows: £175 for four one-hour sessions or £95 for a one-hour Pilates session combined with a one-hour massage.
