The Dance Company of the State of Mexico, comprised of classically trained dancers, aims to play a vital role in rebuilding social connections. Starting with 17 talented members selected through auditions, the Company began its journey in September 2019, focusing on technical and artistic excellence.
Under the guidance of Director Jasmany Hernández, the Company emphasizes the importance of creating new audiences, especially among younger viewers. Through engaging programs like ballet appreciation sessions and pre-show discussions, the company seeks to enhance audience understanding and enjoyment of their performances. Specializing in classical, neoclassical, and contemporary dance styles, the Company aspires to represent the state of Mexico both nationally and internationally.
