Located at 1/52 Hall St. Bondi Beach, Sydney NSW 2026, Compound Grappling Academy offers a variety of programmes including Wrestling, No Gi Jiu Jitsu, and other specialised training programmes. The school also offers different membership options and provides a free trial for those who are interested in joining the community.

In terms of its instructors, Compound Grappling Academy boasts a talented team led by Florian Krause, Jiu Jitsu instructor, Jakub Kacenak and Daniel Sadecky, who are both wrestling instructors. These experienced instructors are passionate about their craft and dedicated to helping students reach their full potential.

The school's schedule is designed to accommodate individuals with different preferences and busy schedules. For example, on Mondays, there is a Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class from 6:00PM to 7:00PM, taught by instructor Lachlan Jarrah. This is followed by a Wrestling class for all levels from 7:00PM to 8:00PM, taught by instructor Jakub Kacenak. On Tuesdays, there is a Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class from 6:30AM to 7:30AM (bookings essential), taught by instructor Lachlan Jarrah.

There is also a Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class from 6:00PM to 7:00PM, taught by instructor Benjamin Marks, followed by a Specific Training class from 7:00PM to 7:30PM, also taught by Benjamin Marks. On Wednesdays, there is another Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class from 6:00PM to 7:00PM, led by Benjamin Marks. Additionally, there are more classes and programmes available throughout the week.

Finding the school is easy, as it is situated in Bondi Beach. Free parking is available for up to 2 hours on Lamrock Ave, and for up to 1 hour on Cox Ave.
