At Coogee Yoga, our highly experienced Iyengar Yoga teachers are dedicated to guiding students on their yoga journey. We believe in the benefits of Iyengar Yoga, which focuses on balance and alignment of the physical and mental being.
Our boutique yoga studio provides a light, warm, and welcoming space for students to practise. We prioritise practise-based learning, where students are taught how to safely progress into yoga postures. With small class sizes, we are able to offer a personalised experience and give greater attention to each student's needs.
Whether you are a beginner or have been practising yoga for years, there is a class or course at Coogee Yoga that suits your needs. We offer classes for teenagers, beginners, general practise, and restorative yoga. We also have beginner courses for those new to yoga and more advanced level 2 courses for experienced yogis.
You don't need to be flexible or physically inclined to benefit from Iyengar Yoga. Even a short period of practising this method will improve your balance, flexibility, stamina, and strength, bringing awareness into your daily life.
Located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, we serve the surrounding suburbs including Bondi Junction, Bronte, Clovelly, Kensington, Maroubra, Randwick, and Waverley.
