Copthorne Cricket Club

Welcome to Copthorne Cricket Club, located in Crawley, Sussex. We are a friendly and inclusive cricket club that plays in the Central Division of the Sussex Cricket League. Our mission is to play competitive cricket while maintaining the right spirit of the game.

We warmly welcome players of all abilities, experiences, and genders. Whether you are a regular player or just looking for occasional games, we would love to hear from you! Our team has been performing exceptionally well, and we take pride in our recent victory against East Grinstead CC, where we won by 69 runs. Our skilled players have been contributing to our success, with Dan Konar being the top run scorer, scoring 316 runs. Stewart Cook has also made an exceptional individual score of 78 and has the best average of 45. 5 in the 1st XI team.

In the 2023 Sussex Cricket League, we are currently in the 6th position in Division 8 Central, with a total of 292 points. Our competition includes teams like Southwick CC, Colemans Hatch CC, Edenbridge CC, and Burgess Hill CC.
