About
Experience and postgraduate education, allows us to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy and exercise therapy to our clients. Our team of experienced physiotherapists has over 20 years of clinical experience and expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy.
At Core Control Physiotherapy, we believe in a proactive approach to treatment. We assess each client's specific needs and develop a customised treatment or rehabilitation programme to address their concerns. Our services include clinical pilates, hydrotherapy, dry needling, pregnancy and pelvic floor physiotherapy. We specialise in treating conditions such as back, neck, and joint pain, muscle strains, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
Our goal is to increase our clients' independence and reduce pain, teaching them how to effectively manage their conditions.
Our clinic offers a range of specialised classes to cater to different needs. We run pregnancy and mum's and bub's physiotherapy and pilates classes, as well as pelvic floor strengthening and pilates classes for all. Additionally, we provide pregnancy education sessions for expectant mothers. We strive to create a personalised and welcoming environment, where our clients' individual goals and concerns are prioritised.
In addition to our physiotherapy services, we also provide a selection of products to assist in our clients' recovery. Some of our popular products include obstetric TENS machines, pregnancy pillows, foam rollers, fit balls, wrist braces for carpal tunnel in pregnancy, and more. These products can be purchased or hired from our clinic, and our staff can provide guidance on their correct usage.
