At Coreliving - Ladies Bootcamp, our mission is to empower women to prioritise their health and fitness. Led by Amy, a dedicated mother of three, our outdoor group fitness sessions provide the support, motivation, and accountability that women need to stay fit and healthy. With over 11 years of experience, Amy is passionate about creating sessions that inspire and motivate women to love moving their bodies.
Our sessions take place in the beautiful parks of Paddington, Bardon, and Milton, emphasising the benefits of exercising in nature. We believe in accountability, which is why we offer measurements, body composition scales, and optional progress photos to keep you on track. Our private Facebook group allows you to connect with other members, share ideas and recipes, and stay up to date with session updates.
