CORE & MANTLE is a Pilates studio located in Edmonton, Alberta. Founded by Diana, a passionate advocate for holistic health, the studio focuses on strengthening the core – whether it be physical, mental, or spiritual – in preparation for carrying the mantles of life's responsibilities. Diana believes in deep, whole health beyond mere aesthetic or numerical ideals, aiming for clients to feel free, capable, energized, and at home in their bodies.
