Anuszka, the organiser at Core Studio Pilates in Worksop, welcomes everyone to experience a range of Pilates classes designed for all skill levels.
Classes in the studio are on Tuesdays at 7.30pm and Thursdays at 11.15am. Virtual participation via Zoom is also available, offering the flexibility to join from home.
For those with busy schedules, recordings of the Thursday class are available for purchase and can be accessed at any time.
In-studio classes are limited to four participants to ensure a personalised experience. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis, but a waiting list is available if a class is full. Newcomers to Pilates or the studio can attend their first Zoom class free of charge using the code 'firstfree'.
In addition to mat classes, one-on-one and two-on-one sessions are offered on the reformer and mat, providing individualised attention. New clients will need to fill out a 'New Client' intake form when booking their initial appointment.
For those who prefer home workouts, Anuszka offers online classes through the Pilates Playlist. For a fee of £15.00, access is granted to a variety of pre-recorded mixed ability classes and live class recordings. Each class uses different props and tempos for a varied workout. Be sure to check each class description for any specific props needed.
Pilates socks are also available for purchase. Clean socks must be worn for every class or session, including reformer sessions. To buy a pair, simply book a time slot before your scheduled session.
