The 2024 Evolve 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Registration is now open for the Costa Rica Live It Up Yoga Retreat happening from January 5 to 12, 2025. Join Kula Yoga Okotoks for a week of relaxation and rejuvenation in the picturesque surfer village of Playa Negra, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Ladies can bring along their partners, friends, or anyone keen on soaking up the sun and enjoying the laid-back vibes of Pura Vida.
Participants can choose between two fantastic accommodation options: the Beach Front Vibes Playa Negra Hotel offers stunning ocean views of the Playa Negra surf break, while the Bougie Boutique Playa Negra Cafe provides a boutique-style experience with a touch of boho charm. Whichever option you go for, rest assured of a tranquil and pampering stay.
Throughout the retreat, guests will have the chance to participate in daily yoga and meditation sessions, as well as barre classes. The retreat will be led by Kula Yoga Okotoks' very own Jenni Chinski, along with Karen Lynn from Inspirit Yoga, Canada, and Hali Love from Playa Negra Yoga, Costa Rica.
