With 16 years of experience as a personal trainer, Alex specialises in rehabilitation and recovery work, utilising functional training techniques to improve core strength, relieve pain, and enhance posture and alignment. His approach goes beyond fitness, addressing elements such as confidence, nutrition, lifestyle, and enjoyment.
Vicki Fisher is another valued member of our team, having worked as a personal trainer since 2017. Inspired by her own transformative journey of weight loss and improved well-being through an active lifestyle, Vicki holds a deep passion for sharing the benefits of health and fitness with others. Her main interests lie in strength, flexibility, and mobility, and she strives to make exercise accessible and fun for everyone.
