Cours de descente en vélo de montagne Les Cayennes

Passionate mountain biking women are invited to join the Cayennes for exciting evenings of learning and fun. Led by certified coaches, participants will work on technical themes such as reading the terrain, turns, and braking modulation to improve their downhill skills. The classes will take place on Thursday evenings for eight weeks, starting from May 23rd to July 11th, 2024, from 6 pm to 8 pm. Groups of six people allow for a personalized approach based on each individual's level. Don't forget to get a lift ticket before the class and head to the Versant du Lac at the flag of the Bike School.
