Course4Fun is a vibrant and inclusive running club in Gatineau/Ottawa that aims to promote physical fitness, social connection, and fun through group running activities. Founded in response to the challenges of the pandemic in 2020, the club quickly adapted to virtual training sessions to maintain a sense of community and motivation among its members.

The group hosts virtual training sessions via Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM to encourage members to maintain healthy habits and stay active during periods of physical distancing. These sessions provide an opportunity for members to connect, exchange tips, and support each other in their running goals.
