Lyrical/Contemporary dance focuses on the expression of natural movement and allows the body to connect with the music. Tap dance classes are a fun way to develop musicality and dance skills. Acro combines dance technique with acrobatic skills, teaching flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. The DanceStep programme empowers students to become leaders and role models through assistant teaching skills.

Priding itself on excellence, Cowra Dance Factory provides students with opportunities to work with guest teachers from various areas of the performing arts industry. This exposure allows students to learn from industry professionals and gain valuable experience in their chosen art form.

For those interested in a more intensive dance experience, Cowra Dance Factory offers private lessons and a show group. The show group, which requires enrolment in specific classes, offers students the opportunity to learn and perform in specialised routines for eisteddfods, events, and competitions.
