CPV West Island

CPV West Island is an ice skating club located in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, offering top-notch coaching and training for speed skaters of all levels. The club is led by Head Coach Alanna Handley, a Canadian Olympian in Speed Skating, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the program. Assisting Coach Lucian Golban, Farnaam Moghaddar, Laurie-Ann Bond, Mirco De Luca, Andy Mihaila, Illias Savas, Charles Poulin, Antonio Camorlinga, Jordano Stasi, William Morin, Rylan Handley, Edouard Poulin, and Estella Handley round out the coaching staff, collectively providing a supportive and dynamic environment for skaters to thrive.

At CPV West Island, skaters have the opportunity to participate in a range of programs, from the Penguins Skating School for beginners to advanced training for competitive athletes. The club's mission is to promote and develop speed skating in the West Island borough of Montreal, with a focus on providing a fun and enriching experience for all participants. CPV West Island is affiliated with the Fdration de Patinage de Vitesse du Qubec (FPVQ) and offers various fundraising activities, events, and training opportunities throughout the season.
