Our team of experienced and dedicated instructors are passionate about teaching traditional karate and practical self-defence techniques. This allows us to incorporate real-life scenarios and practical applications into our training methods.
We offer a range of classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Our juniors programme, designed for children aged 4–13 years, focuses on developing self-confidence, motor skills, coordination, and fitness, all while having fun in a safe environment. The intermediate classes, for youngsters aged 6–18 years, cater to students with yellow/white belts and above, providing a more advanced training curriculum.
For adults and seniors aged 18 and above, we offer a dedicated seniors/adults class that focuses on white belts and above. This class provides a challenging yet rewarding experience for individuals looking to improve their physical and mental fitness, as well as learn effective self-defence techniques.
We also offer a unique family class that welcomes participants of all ages and belt levels. This class allows families to train together, bond, and support each other on their martial arts journey.
Located at 13A Arundel St, Cranbourne, our purpose-built dojo provides a safe and comfortable training space for all students. We have flexible opening hours from Monday to Friday, with additional classes on Saturday mornings.
