Creative Strength offers both Small Group Personalised Training (of up to 4 people) and one-on-one Personal Training sessions. The group sessions, which are designed to develop overall fitness focused on strength, power, and power endurance, help build a strong foundation for general physical preparedness (GPP). The sessions are one hour long and continuously change for variety and growth. They are coached and monitored by Michael, who pays attention to each client's specific needs and guides them on their path to physical and mental betterment.
At Creative Strength, the mission is to teach clients the skills needed to reach their physical goals. There are no quick fixes or gimmicks; hard work is emphasised as the fastest and most direct path to results. With the guidance and coaching provided, clients can expect to not only improve their physical fitness but also see the side effect of looking good naked.

Michael Theodosis, the founder and personal trainer at Creative Strength, is a leader who holds himself responsible for setting and upholding the standards of his training studio in mind and body. He has been in service to willing clients as a trainer since 2005 and founded his own gym in 2009. Creative Strength is a humble business that Michael moved from a larger operation with the intention of creating an environment that represents his philosophy and creates a community of like-minded individuals.
Michael believes that what is practised inside the gym also extends outside in life. He holds values such as respect (to oneself and others), discipline, hard work, gratitude, creating healthy habits, standards, and camaraderie to be of utmost importance. He considers himself a student of life, using his body as self-expression to evolve, expand his perceptions, and gain knowledge to pass on through experience.
In addition to his certifications and guidance from Gym Jones, known for training the cast and stunt crew of 300 and Henry Cavill for Man of Steel, Michael has also journeyed to China to train with Shaolin Monks, expanding his Kung Fu experience. These additional practises and experiences enhance his training and enable him to provide a well-rounded and unique approach to fitness.
For pricing, Creative Strength offers different packages based on the number of sessions per week, ranging from $40 for 1 session per week to $110 for 4 sessions per week. Private Personal Training is also available at a rate of $100 per hour.
