Cricfit Cricket Academy

Founded on October 27th, 2015, Cricfit Cricket Academy is dedicated to nurturing young talent and transforming budding cricketers into professionals. Welcoming kids from the tender age of 5 up to the vibrant youth of 20, Cricfit caters to both girls and boys, focusing not just on the fundamentals of cricket but also on the holistic fitness of its athletes.

The Junior Academy (6-10 years) is the perfect starting point for beginners and young enthusiasts stepping into hardball cricket. It goes beyond teaching the essential skills of batting, bowling, fielding, and wicketkeeping, creating a nurturing environment where students can cultivate a deeper understanding and enjoyment of the game. Engaging gameplay sessions and a structured approach ensure that every young player can express their potential on the field.

For older, more experienced players, the Senior Academy (11-16 years) offers a comprehensive program designed to elevate their game. Combining one-on-one coaching, masterclasses, group activities, video analysis, and fitness conditioning, the Senior Academy prepares players to face the pressures of modern-day cricket. Emphasizing commitment and discipline, the academy shapes these young athletes to excel both physically and mentally.

Cricfit Academy also provides unique training opportunities with floodlight cricket practice sessions available for hire to clubs, teams, individuals, groups, and communities. With five season ball cricket nets illuminated by 24 lights, practice sessions can be booked from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, extending the playtime and enhancing training flexibility.

Additionally, the academy offers a fun Box Cricket facility for under-arm and over-arm tennis ball matches, playable both day and night until 10:00 pm. During the rainy season, the academy moves indoors to the Celebration Sports Club's basement, ensuring uninterrupted training. Indoor sessions include fitness-focused activities and net sessions across three distinct age-group nets, keeping the spirit of the game alive regardless of weather conditions.
