The club's Peter Bailey Pavilion holds significance for the club. Built to replace the asbestos Old Clubhouse in 1959, the Peter Bailey Pavilion was the result of the club's decision to construct a new clubhouse during a general meeting in July 2013. Club member Peter Bailey played a vital role in fundraising efforts, including selling second-hand goods at the Peace Park Markets, collecting olives to be turned into high-quality olive oil, organising sausage sizzles and hamburger stalls at local events, and coordinating the sale of raffle tickets with the help of Helen Giles and Shirley Haylock. Donations from local residents were also received to support the project.
Peter Bailey and Eric Ayling, along with other committee members, worked diligently to navigate the requirements and requests of various government departments in order to ensure the success of the new clubhouse.
